Swansea University maintains on-campus and off-campus halls of residence and the purpose built Hendrefoelan Student Village near Sketty. Several new halls of residence have been constructed on Singleton Campus and opened September 2008.

The University provides high quality accommodation on campus, in the Singleton Halls, off-campus, in Hendrefoelan Student Village and Ty Beck House and also runs a Managed Property Scheme called Swansea Accommodation Servives which comprises of high quality housing in the surrounding areas of Uplands and Brynmill. If you are planning to bring your partner or family to live in Swansea, you should complete an application form and please give us as much information as you can.
New students with a firm offer to study at Swansea and that apply for accommodation before the 31st June are guaranteed a place in our halls of residences.
