From Government
Depending upon family income, as a UK/EU student you could receive a Maintenance Grant worth up to £2,700. In addition there is the Student Loan which is worth up to £4,405, depending upon family income and grant entitlement in 2006-7.
From Swansea University
To help students with the costs of University, Swansea offers a number of Scholarships and Bursaries each
year. These range in size from £400 to over £1000 and full details can be found online at: www.Swansea.ac.uk/scholarships
In 2006-7 Swansea University will also be giving selected students money as part of the National Bursary Scheme in Wales. Details of these will be published on the University website once the scheme is agreed.
