Rosie Plummer is the Career and Development Officer for Contract Research Staff. Her brief is to extend the range and scope of professional and career development opportunities and provide particular advice for these staff. The fundamental aim is to promote the interests and capabilities of researchers in line with the expectations of the Roberts Report ‘SET for Success’. Mark Thomas is the Project Coordinator for the South West Wales Higher Education Partnership and is working with the three partner institutions to establish a joint staff development programme.  Mark can be contacted on 2832 or by email steven.m.thomas@swansea.ac.uk
